naNea is a unique polymer designed to break down in marine environments without releasing persistent microplastics (according to ASTM D6691-17). The fiber is also designed to be recycled and is suitable for polyester waste streams. naNea is the first of its kind to receive the cradle to cradle gold certification, which attests to its standards with respect to circular design, environmental impact, and social impact.
